Sunlight Foundation

The Sunlight Foundation is a nonpartisan nonprofit that advocates for open government globally and uses technology to make government more accountable to all.

We worked with Sunlight Foundation to help them launch Hall of Justice, a robust, searchable inventory of publicly available criminal justice datasets and research. Research on criminal justice datasets from our Crime and Punishment in Chicago project were used in this project. Sunlight also funded mRelief, one of our CivicWorks Projects, in the amount of $10,000.
