Daniel X. O’Neil is the Executive Director of the Smart Chicago Collaborative. He is responsible for strategy and execution on all initiatives.  Complete bio here.

Kyla Williams is the Associate Program Officer for the Smart Chicago Collaborative. Her work focuses on the management of federal funds under our Sustainable Broadband Adoption and Public Computer Centers projects as well as running the Smart Health Centers project.

Randall Walker is the Administrative Assistant for the Smart Chicago Collaborative. He works to organize our myriad efforts and assists in many ways on project work.

Marlene Ho is a consultant for Smart Chicago Collaborative. She is the project manager for the Illinois Open Technology Challenge and the Civic Innovation in Chicago projects.
